CBK Workshops

CBK Workshops are built to teach real-life skills that prepare young people for the road ahead. From fixing a car, building a budget, or preparing for a job interview, to learning self-defense, playing sports, or working through team-building challenges — our workshops give teens and young adults the tools they’ll actually use in life.

Each session is led by local tradesmen, business owners, coaches, and mentors who bring hands-on experience and heart. Sports and group activities help youth build teamwork, resilience, and confidence, while practical skill-building prepares them for work and independence. And every workshop ties back to our core values of integrity, accountability, and service, so participants leave with more than just skills — they leave with purpose.

With support from partners and funders, we can expand these workshops across Utah County, cover training costs, supplies, and mentor stipends, and ensure every young person walks away with confidence, community, and the know-how to write their own comeback story.
