Each program is built on one of our core values. Together, they create a complete foundation for young people to rebuild, grow, and thrive.
CBK Launch pairs each young person with a dedicated mentor who walks alongside them as they build an independent life. While we serve all youth facing adversity, we have a particular focus on teens aging out of the foster care system — young people who are expected to navigate adulthood with no family, no plan, and no safety net.
This isn't a handout. It's a hand up. Mentors help with everything from creating a plan to finding stability — housing, employment, education, and the daily grind of building a future.
Rooted in integrity — because we are who we say we are, regardless of who is around.
Practical, hands-on workshops that build the skills no one teaches you in school — financial literacy, emotional regulation, job readiness, basic car and home maintenance, sports and recreation, and more.
Every workshop is paired with accountability — because real growth happens when you commit to showing up, doing the work, and owning the results.
Driven by accountability — we keep our commitments and take responsibility for our results.
You've built something. You know something. Now pass it on to the next generation — and get something back in the process.
CBK Workshops aren't your typical nonprofit volunteer gig. We bring in real professionals, business owners, and community leaders to share real skills with youth who need them most.
You don't need a teaching degree. You need a skill, a story, and a willingness to show up. We handle the logistics, the kids, and the platform. You bring the knowledge.
This is your chance to shape the next generation — and align your name with a mission that matters.
Applications reviewed within 48 hours. We'll handle the rest.
The Lolly Project is our service arm — and the heart of everything CBK Project believes in. We serve the elderly, widowed, and disabled in our community by providing yard cleanups, yard maintenance, and other acts of service at no cost to those we serve.
Here's how it works: teens participate in service projects and in return, they earn service hours, a stipend for their work, and access to exclusive CBK Workshops and events. Many are also given tips by the people they serve — because when you show up with a good heart and a lawnmower, people notice.
But the real payoff isn't money. When a young person who has been through the worst finds themselves helping someone else, something shifts. Purpose replaces pain. Connection replaces isolation. That's the magic of service — and that's The Lolly Project.
Powered by service — because healing comes through lifting others.
"The name 'Lolly' came from my five-year-old son. He couldn't quite say 'Lonnie' — my grandma's name — so he called her Grandma Lolly. It stuck. I started doing her yard care for free, and as I served, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time — love for the people I was helping, and the self-worth I'd been searching for. I decided that the way I felt happy was through serving others. The Lolly Project grew from that."
Whether you donate, volunteer, or mentor — you become part of someone's comeback story.
